These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the use of knowis AG‘s internet [offering] between users (also referred to as "visitors") and knowis AG.

knowis AG’s website, its structure and all its features, information, data, text, pictures and sound and all the functionality of this website’s components used are subject to legally protected copyright. The visitor may use the content only in the context of the functionality of the website for his personal use and acquires no rights to the content and applications. As far as we offer the customer software, text and photographic material and documents to download as part of our website, it is restricted to the visitor's personal usage. These conditions are subject to German law.
7. Severability
Should individual provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of the contract is not affected. The ineffective provision should be replaced by an effective provision accordingly as close as possible to the economically and legally intended meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision in the context of the general contract. The same applies to an unintentional omission.
